Due to the nature of our products (freeze-dried dog treats), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. This is to ensure the safety and freshness of every treat we ship.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.

If an item is eligible for return (non-edible items only), it must be:
Unopened and unused
In original packaging
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we process the return.
